Ingredients

• Dark rum — 60 ml
• Orange juice — 60 ml
• Pineapple juice — 60 ml
• Grenadine — 1 dash
• Angostura bitters — 1 dash
• Orange — 1 slice
• Pineapple — 1 stick
• Maraschino cherry — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine and Angostura to a double rocks glass.
2. Fill with crushed ice.
3. Swizzle or churn until foamy and the glass frosts.
4. Garnish with an orange slice, a pineapple stick and a cherry.
