Ingredients

• Light rum — 1 1/2 oz
• Pineapple juice — 1 oz
• Maraschino liqueur — 1/2 tsp
• Grenadine — 1/2 tsp
• Maraschino cherry — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add light rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur, and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
5. Serve immediately.
