Ingredients

• White rum — 22.5 ml
• Dark rum — 22.5 ml
• Gold rum — 22.5 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Grapefruit juice — 15 ml
• Honey — 15 ml
• Soda water — 1 top
• Mint — 1 sprig

Preparation

1. Dissolve honey with an equal splash of warm water.
2. Add all three rums, lime juice, grapefruit juice and honey mix to a shaker over crushed ice.
3. Shake or swizzle briefly.
4. Pour unstrained over crushed ice into a Collins glass.
5. Top with soda water and garnish with mint.
