Polynesian cousin to the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club: aged gold rum shaken with orange curaçao, allspice dram, cinnamon and vanilla syrups and lime. Warm spice, clean citrus.

Ingredients

• Gold rum — 60 ml
• Orange curaçao — 15 ml
• Allspice liqueur — 7.5 ml
• Cinnamon syrup — 7.5 ml
• Vanilla syrup — 7.5 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add gold rum, orange curaçao, allspice liqueur, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
