Ingredients

• Gin — 60 ml
• St. Germain — 15 ml
• White Wine — 15 ml
• Dry Vermouth — 8 ml
• Lime peel

Preparation

1. Add gin, St-Germain, white wine and dry vermouth to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or small cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lime zest twist.
