Ingredients

• Gin — 45 ml
• Sherry — 15 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• Simple syrup — 15 ml
• Orange bitters — 2 dash
• Grapefruit peel

Preparation

1. Add gin, fino sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass (coupe).
4. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
