A 50/50 Martini split with dry apricot eau-de-vie and bianco vermouth — floral, linear, orange bitters on the finish.

Ingredients
- Gin — 45 ml
- Bianco vermouth — 45 ml
- Apricot eau-de-vie — 22 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash
- Orange peel — 1 piece
Preparation
- Add gin, bianco vermouth, apricot eau-de-vie and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and garnish.
