Ingredients

• Gin — 2 oz
• Light cream — 2 tsp
• Powdered sugar — 1 tsp
• Lemon — 22 ml
• Egg white — 1 piece
• Carbonated water — 2 oz

Preparation

1. Add gin, light cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
4. Top with carbonated water.
5. Stir gently.
