Ingredients

• Gin — 2 oz
• Lemon — 22 ml
• Powdered sugar — 1 tsp
• Egg — 1 piece
• Carbonated water — 2 oz

Preparation

1. Add gin, lemon, powdered sugar, and egg to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. Top with carbonated water.
5. Stir gently.
6. Serve immediately.
