Ingredients

• Gin — 45 ml
• Maraschino liqueur — 15 ml
• Orange juice — 8 ml
• Lime juice — 8 ml
• Egg white — 1

Preparation

1. Add gin, maraschino, orange juice, lime juice and egg white to a shaker without ice.
2. Dry-shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
4. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
