Ingredients

• Gin — 1 1/2 oz
• Grenadine — 1 tsp
• Light cream — 1 tsp
• Egg white — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add gin, grenadine, light cream, and egg white to a shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Serve immediately.
