Ingredients

• Dark rum — 120 ml
• Passion fruit syrup — 60 ml
• Lemon juice — 60 ml
• Pineapple — 1 wedge
• Cherry — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add dark rum, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake firmly until well chilled.
3. Pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry on a pick.
