Gold rum, lime and honey shaken, then lengthened with champagne in an ice-filled highball. Tropical, sparkling and lightly postal — Bacardi's 1930s airmail tribute.

Ingredients
- Gold rum — 45 ml
- Lime juice — 15 ml
- Honey — 15 ml
- Champagne — 50 ml
- Lime — 1 piece
- Mint — 1 sprig
Preparation
- Add gold rum, lime juice and honey to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with chilled champagne, stir briefly and garnish with a lime twist and optional mint.
