Ingredients

• Light rum — 1 1/2 oz
• Triple sec — 1 tbsp
• Lime juice — 1 1/2 oz
• Sugar — 1 tsp
• Cherry — 1 piece
• Ice — 1 cup

Preparation

1. Combine light rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, and ice in a blender.
2. Blend at low speed briefly, then at high speed until firm.
3. Pour into a champagne flute.
4. Garnish with cherry.
5. Serve immediately.
