Ingredients

• Egg yolk — 6 piece
• Sugar — 1/4 cup
• Milk — 2 cup
• Light rum — 1/2 cup
• Bourbon — 1/2 cup
• Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
• Salt — 1/4 tsp
• Whipping cream — 1 cup
• Egg white — 6 piece
• Sugar — 1/4 cup
• Nutmeg — to-taste

Preparation

1. Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick and pale.
2. Stir in milk, rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt.
3. Chill thoroughly.
4. Whip cream.
5. Beat egg whites with remaining sugar to stiff peaks.
6. Fold yolk mixture and whipped cream into egg whites.
7. Garnish with nutmeg.
8. Serve immediately.
