Equal parts absinthe, yellow Chartreuse and apricot brandy, shaken pale gold and lengthened with water. Herbal, stone-fruit sweet and unmistakably anise-scented.

Ingredients

• Absinthe — 20 ml
• Yellow Chartreuse — 20 ml
• Apricot brandy — 20 ml
• Water — 30 ml
• Orange peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add absinthe, yellow Chartreuse, apricot brandy and water to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
