Ingredients

• Brandy — 22 ml
• Dry vermouth — 22 ml
• Orange juice — 22 ml
• Grenadine — 22 ml
• White Creme de Menthe — 1 dash
• Port — 15 ml

Preparation

1. Add brandy, dry vermouth, orange juice, grenadine and white crème de menthe to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Gently float port on top without stirring.
