Ingredients

• Aquavit — 30 ml
• Cynar — 30 ml
• Sherry — 30 ml
• Peach bitters — 2 dash
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Add aquavit, Cynar, dry sherry and peach bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
