Ingredients

• White wine — 200 ml
• Pineapple ice cream — 2 scoop
• Grenadine — 60 ml
• Fernet-Branca — 45 ml

Preparation

1. Add two or three scoops of pineapple ice cream to a large wine glass or goblet.
2. Pour in the white wine.
3. Add grenadine.
4. Add Fernet-Branca if using. Serve with a straw or spoon.
