A fairy-tale juice Collins: orange, pineapple and lemon shaken with a blush of grenadine, soda last — long, tart, faintly pink.

Ingredients

• Orange juice — 60 ml
• Pineapple juice — 45 ml
• Lemon juice — 22 ml
• Grenadine — 5 ml
• Angostura bitters — 3 dash
• Soda water — fill
• Lemon — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, grenadine and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
