Ingredients

• Lemon juice — 45 ml
• Simple syrup — 12 ml
• Grenadine — 12 ml
• Soda water — 75 ml
• Lemon — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Add lemon juice, rich simple syrup and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. Add soda water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
