Generous, citrus-bright and Southern in scale, this multi-spirit punch layers brandy, rum, and bourbon with lemon and soda for a convivial collins.

Ingredients

• Brandy — 1 oz
• Light rum — 1/2 oz
• Bourbon — 1/2 oz
• Lemon — 22 ml
• Powdered sugar — 1 tbsp
• Carbonated water — 3 oz

Preparation

1. Add brandy, light rum, bourbon, lemon juice, and powdered sugar to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a collins glass over ice.
4. Top with carbonated water.
5. Stir gently.
6. Serve immediately.
