Ingredients

• Champagne — 100 ml
• Orange juice — 50 ml

Preparation

1. Chill a champagne flute. Do not add ice.
2. Pour in the orange juice.
3. Top with champagne.
4. Give the flute one brief turn if needed; do not stir hard.
