Ingredients

• Lime — 1 piece
• lemon — 1 piece
• White Wine — 750 ml
• Strawberries — 1 cup
• Apple — 1 cup
• Apple Brandy — 4½ oz
• Soda Water — 8 oz

Preparation

1. Chop lemon, lime, strawberries, and apple into large chunks.
2. Combine white wine and apple brandy in a pitcher with the fruit.
3. Refrigerate to macerate.
4. Top with soda water to taste.
5. Serve in tall glasses.
6. Serve immediately.
