Ingredients

• Bourbon — 60 ml
• Maple Syrup — 10 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 2 dash
• Orange Peel

Preparation

1. Add bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir slowly for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Express orange peel oils over the drink.
5. Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
