Ingredients

• Brandy — 1 oz
• Amaretto — 1 oz
• Light cream — 1 oz

Preparation

1. Add brandy, amaretto, and light cream to a shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Serve immediately.
