• Gin — 60 ml
• Soda water — 120 ml
• Lemon peel — 1 spiral

Preparation

1. Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the gin.
2. Top with soda water to fill.
3. Stir briefly to combine.
4. Garnish with a long lemon-peel spiral.
