Pisco with pineapple, lemon and a clove-scented syrup, finished with dry white wine. A punch in a glass: floral, tart, lightly spiced.

Ingredients

• Pisco — 60 ml
• Pineapple juice — 22.5 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 15 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• White Wine — 30 ml
• Cloves — 3 piece

Preparation

1. Gently mash simple syrup with the cloves.
2. Add pisco, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Shake hard with ice. Do not add the wine yet.
3. Double-strain into a large goblet.
4. Add the dry white wine on top and stir gently.
