Ingredients
- Applejack — 60 ml
- Orange juice — 22 ml
- Lemon juice — 15 ml
- Maple syrup — 15 ml
- Lemon peel — 1 piece
Preparation
- Add applejack, orange juice, lemon juice and maple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a citrus twist.
