Ingredients

• Brandy — 52.5 ml
• Maraschino liqueur — 7.5 ml
• Curacao — 5 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• Sugar Syrup — 5 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 2 dash
• Sugar
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Rim a slim cocktail glass with sugar; set a long lemon peel as a collar inside the glass.
2. Add brandy, maraschino, curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared glass.
