Ingredients

• Gin — 60 ml
• Sherry — 22 ml
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add gin and fino sherry to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
