Victor Meier's Doctor Cocktail from the Hotel Montreux: gold rum, Swedish punch, lime and orange curaçao. Spice and citrus without the Dr. Funk grenadine line.

Ingredients

• Gold rum — 45 ml
• Swedish punch — 15 ml
• Lime juice — 15 ml
• Orange curaçao — 7.5 ml
• Lime — 1 wheel

Preparation

1. Add gold rum, Swedish punch, lime juice and orange curaçao to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
