Ingredients

• Cranberries — 500 g
• Sugar — 3/4 l
• Light rum — 1/2 l

Preparation

1. Add chopped cranberries to a sealed jar.
2. Add sugar and rum.
3. Seal the jar securely.
4. Store in a cool dark place.
5. Shake the jar every day for six weeks.
6. Strain into bottles.
7. Seal with corks.
