Ingredients

• Port — 60 ml
• Brandy — 30 ml
• Simple syrup — 15 ml
• Egg — 1 piece
• Nutmeg — 1 pinch

Preparation

1. Add port, brandy, simple syrup and a whole egg to a shaker.
2. Dry shake, then shake hard with ice.
3. Strain into a small wine glass.
4. Dust with nutmeg.
