Ingredients

• Light rum — 1 1/2 oz
• Apricot brandy — 1 oz
• Triple sec — 1 tsp
• Lemon juice — 1/2 oz
• Egg white — 1 piece
• Orange — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add light rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
5. Serve immediately.
