Ingredients

• Egg yolk — 1 piece
• Lemon juice — 30 ml
• Orange juice — 70 ml
• Grenadine — 10 ml

Preparation

1. Add egg yolk, lemon juice and orange juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
3. Strain into a highball or tumbler glass.
4. Add a splash of grenadine on top.
