Ingredients

• Cognac — 30 ml
• Gold rum — 30 ml
• Peach liqueur — 20 ml
• Cold black tea — 30 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• Rich simple syrup — 10 ml

Preparation

1. Add cognac, gold rum, peach liqueur, cold tea, lemon juice and rich simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
