Ingredients

• Gin — 90 ml
• Lime juice — 22 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 4 dash
• Lime peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.
2. Add lime juice, four dashes of Angostura and the crushed lime peel.
3. Pour in Holland gin / genever.
4. Stir briefly. Do not sweeten.
