Ingredients
- Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice — 30 ml
- Sugar Syrup — 15 ml
- Mint — 6 leaves
- Egg white — 3 drops
- Mint
Preparation
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, and optional egg-white drops to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Double-strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.
