Ingredients

• Dry Vermouth — 1 1/2 oz
• Creme de Cassis — 3/4 oz
• Carbonated water — 3 oz

Preparation

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour dry vermouth and crème de cassis.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Top with carbonated water.
5. Stir again gently.
6. Serve immediately.
