Ingredients

• Light rum — 1 1/2 oz
• 151 proof rum — 1 tsp
• Powdered sugar — 1/2 tsp
• Bitters — 1 dash
• Water — 1 tsp
• Lime peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Stir powdered sugar, water, and bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Add ice and light rum.
3. Stir until well chilled.
4. Garnish with lime peel.
5. Float 151-proof rum on top.
6. Serve immediately.
