Ingredients

• Gin — 50 ml
• Creme de Cassis — 20 ml
• Fresh Lime Juice — 15 ml
• Ginger beer — 75 ml
• Lime — 1 piece
• Ginger — 1 strip

Preparation

1. Add gin, crème de cassis, and lime juice to a balloon glass.
2. Swirl to combine.
3. Fill with cubed ice.
4. Top with ginger beer.
