Ingredients

• Sweet Vermouth — 1 oz
• Sloe gin — 1 1/2 oz
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add sweet vermouth and sloe gin to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
5. Serve immediately.
