Ingredients

• Sherry — 45 ml
• Dry Vermouth — 45 ml
• Orange bitters — 1 dash
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add dry sherry, dry vermouth, and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
