Ingredients
- Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice — 22 ml
- Orgeat syrup — 22 ml
- Angostura bitters — 2 dash
- Lemon peel — 1 piece
Preparation
- Add gin, lemon juice, orgeat and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in or discard.
