Ingredients

• Lemon peel — 1 spiral
• Grenadine — 20 ml
• Ginger ale — 120 ml

Preparation

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Hang a spiral of lemon peel inside the glass.
3. Pour grenadine over the ice.
4. Top with chilled ginger ale or lemonade.
5. Stir gently once and serve.
