Ingredients

• Gin — 40 ml
• Dry Vermouth — 20 ml
• Grenadine — dash
• Absinthe — dash
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Add gin, dry vermouth, grenadine and absinthe to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
