Equal gin, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth — the Savoy definition of “perfect”: both vermouths. The whiskey drink with the same idea is the Perfect Manhattan, a different cocktail.

Ingredients

• Gin — 20 ml
• Dry Vermouth — 20 ml
• Sweet Vermouth — 20 ml

Preparation

1. Add gin, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
