Crisp, bitter-edged and elegantly tall, this vodka tonic variation coats the glass with Angostura before lime and tonic for a aromatic long drink.

Ingredients

• Vodka — 50 ml
• Lime — 1/2 piece
• Angostura bitters — 4 dash
• Tonic water — 100 ml
• Ice — 4 piece

Preparation

1. Shake a tall glass with ice and Angostura bitters to coat the inside.
2. Pour vodka into the glass.
3. Add a lime slice and squeeze remaining lime juice.
4. Top with tonic water.
5. Stir gently.
6. Serve immediately.
