Ingredients

• Vodka — 70 ml
• Dry Vermouth — 1 tbsp
• Olive Brine — 2 tbsp
• Lemon — 1 piece
• Olive — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Add vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass.
4. Strain into the glass.
5. Garnish with an olive.
6. Serve immediately.
